Policies and Reminders
Please keep in mind that these are all requests for bookings. When using our booking app, you may either request an available date or choose to be waitlisted for any earlier openings. After sending your request, a Fait Maison staff member will contact you within 24hrs to move forward with the booking process!
Deposits: Once appointments are confirmed, deposits are required to secure your appointment. Deposits are 1/3rd of the total cost of the desired service. All deposits will be included in the final cost, and the remaining balance is to be paid on the day of service.
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you contact us to cancel/reschedule at least 48hrs prior to your appointment, the deposit may be credited to your shop account for future appointments!
Rescheduling and Cancellations: We understand that life can get crazy, so all we ask for is a 48hr notice. You are allowed to reschedule once per initial appointment. After that, it is considered a cancellation and another deposit will be required to book.
Lateness: If you are running late, just give us a call to let us know! After 20 minutes, it is considered a no-show and the deposit will not be credited to your account.
We take our policies very seriously, but they are also subject to change.
