When using Vagaro to request an appointment for certain service providers, you may either request an available date or choose to be waitlisted for any earlier openings. After sending your request, we will contact you within 24hrs to move forward with the booking process!

INQUIRY FORMS
If you are filling out Inquiry Forms on Saturday-Tuesday, please allow for us to get back to you by Wednesday. ​

DEPOSITS
Once appointments are confirmed, deposits are required to secure your appointment. Deposits are 1/3 of the total cost of the desired service. All deposits will be included in the final cost and the remaining balance is to be paid on the day of service thru cash or card. Any card transactions require a 3.5% fee. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE. If you contact us to cancel/reschedule at least 48hrs prior to your appointment, the deposit may be credited to your shop account for future appointments!. Deposits can only be credited to the original service provider booked with and CANNOT be transferred to another artist or stylist

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
We understand that life can get crazy, so all we ask for is a 48hr notice. You are allowed to reschedule once per initial appointment with the same service provider. After that, it is considered a cancellation and another deposit will be required to book

LATENESS
If you are running late, please give us a call to let us know! After 10 minutes, it is considered a no-show and the deposit will not be credited to your account

We take our policies very seriously but can be flexible at the service providers' discretion.
